For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, "You", "User" or “Your” shall mean (i) any natural or legal person who has agreed to register/sign up for Our’s Our Services by providing data required to register on the website “deKoder.com” (“Website”); and/or Our app namely "deKoder", downloaded either directly from deKoder’s sites or from third-party app stores or shops (“App”) and/or (ii) any other person who browses, accesses, participates in and/or uses Our Services in any manner.

The content of the Services, including the Website and the App, are intended for Your personal, non-commercial use only. All materials published or made available on the Services (including but not limited to text, photographs, images, illustrations, designs, audio clips, video clips, “look and feel”, metadata, AI Curations (defined below), data, or compilations, user generated content, all also known as the “Content”) are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by deKoder or the party credited as the provider of the Content and You shall abide by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer or any other applicable policy (collectively “deKoder Policies”), which shall constitute a legally binding obligation between You and deKoder. Further, You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new platforms, features or functionality made available to the public by deKoder shall be subject to these Terms of Use.

REGISTRATION.

While it is not mandatory to register on deKoder in order to access its Services, if you choose to register and create a deKoder account, you will be required to create login credentials by selecting a password and providing an email address. You can also be requested to provide certain registration information, which must be accurate and updated. By registering on deKoder, you agree to the following:

Personal Account. Each registration is for a single user only. Your account and password are personal to You and Your registration login credentials should not be shared with or used by anyone else to access deKoder. We may cancel or suspend Your access to the Services if You share your login credentials.

Protection from Unauthorized use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password, which You will not have to reveal to any representative or agent of deKoder. You will refrain from any actions that could help unauthorized individuals gain access to deKoder's registration-protected areas.

No Misuse or Impersonation. You will not register for deKoder’s Services with the intent to misuse features of deKoder’s Website and/or App and/or any other Service offered by deKoder. You may not: (1) select or use the login credentials of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (2) use login credentials in which another person has rights without such person's authorization; or (3) use login credentials that We, in our sole discretion, deem offensive.

Immediate Notification. If You discover any unauthorized use of Your password or account information by others and/or suspect any breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure pertaining to your deKoder account, please promptly notify Us at [email protected].

You consent to receive notifications from Us electronically to the e-mail address You provide to Us. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that We provide to You electronically satisfy any legal requirement(s) that such communications be in writing. You agree that You have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to You in an unchanged form.

By registering on deKoder, You accept these terms and conditions and commit to maintaining the security of Your account and respecting the privacy of other users. Failure to comply with these requirements will constitute a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your account.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

You should be 18 years or older to use any part of the Services. If You are less than 18 years of age and would like to use, subscribe to or register for any of the Services and Content made available therein, please ask Your parent or legal guardian to review and agree to these Terms of Use before You use any part of the Services or ask them to complete the registration on Your behalf.

When We update these Terms of Use, the date at the top of the relevant page(s) under the Website and the App shall reflect the same. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

SERVICES.

Through its network of Services, deKoder provides You access to and makes available a variety of Content and resources. Your access to the Content and the Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features offered by deKoder, are subject to these Terms of Use.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of the key Services that We offer:

Informative Podcasts. As a part of Our Services, We offer an array of informative podcasts that delve into a wide range of topics and current events. These podcasts provide analysis and insights, keeping You informed about the latest developments on crucial aspects of Indian and international election dynamics and trends as well as world events, amongst other subjects.

Opinion Slider. This feature brings you AI generated content which is intended to inspire and enhance Your understanding of current trends and election dynamics in India and overseas. Your use of the Opinion Slider offered by deKoder must comply with the applicable AI Guidelines (defined below), as provided under these Terms of Use. By engaging with Our Opinion Slider, You are affirming that You have read these Terms of Use (along with the AI Guidelines), understand them, and agree to abide by them.

Article Resources. deKoder offers a rich repository of articles on election analysis and related subjects. These articles serve as valuable resources for those seeking information, insights, and research material in the field of current affairs.

Poll Analysis. As part of Our Service offerings, We provide You with an analysis of polling data created using AI, pertaining to Indian and international elections. This will help Users gain valuable insights into public opinion trends.

Data Analysis. Our Service offerings also include historical election data from 1952. This can be viewed in the form of tables/maps and charts. All this data has been sourced from the website of the Election Commission of India at www.eci.gov.in.

Multi-lingual Content. To the extent possible, We attempt to empower Our Users by providing access to Our Content in their native language(s), through the use of AI. Though We take reasonable precautions to ensure that such Content is error-free, AI may make mistakes. In lieu thereof, it is highly recommended that You double-check information made available through Our Content.

Other Services. Any other services offered by deKoder from time to time.

By using the Services, You acknowledge that the Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We cannot and do not guarantee that any of the Services will be free from viruses or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements. It is Your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy Your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of the Services.

USER GENERATED CONTENT.

User Content. Any content, information, graphics, audio, images, videos, opinions and/or links you submit as a part of creating Your profile and/or in connection with using Our Services is referred to as "User Content" under these Terms of Use and is subject to various terms and conditions as set forth in these Terms of Use.

Caution regarding other Users and User Content. You understand and agree that User Content includes information, views, opinions, and recommendations of many individuals and organizations and is designed for informational purposes only. Importantly, You are responsible for properly analyzing and verifying any information You intend to rely upon. We do not endorse any recommendation or opinion made by any user. We do not routinely screen, edit, or review User Content. However, We reserve the right to monitor or remove any User Content from the Services at any time without notice. You understand and acknowledge that You may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You should also be aware that other users may use Our Services for personal gain. As a result, please approach messages with appropriate scepticism and caution. User Content may be misleading, deceptive, offensive or in error.

Responsibility vis-a-vis User Content (Binding Netiquette). By uploading, posting, submitting or otherwise distributing User Content, You represent and warrant that You have all the necessary rights to upload, post, re-post, submit or otherwise distribute User Content. However, You may not use the Service to post or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, violative of any third-party rights of any kind (including intellectual property rights) or otherwise objectionable.

deKoder reserves the right, but is not obligated, to reject and/or remove any User Content for any reason and without notice to You.

deKoder takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that You or any other Users or third parties post, upload, distribute or submit via the Services. You understand and agree that any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of any User Content that You send, upload, download, post, transmit, display, or otherwise make available or access through Your use of the Services, is solely Your responsibility, with no recourse or liability to deKoder.

Limitations on Use. The Content available through the Services (including any text, graphics, images, video, artwork, metadata and other data, design, organization, compilation, look and feel, advertising and all other protectable intellectual property, including but not limited to any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patent rights, or database rights) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned or controlled by deKoder or the party credited as the provider of the Content. We encourage You to share, post, re-post and distribute the Content made available through Our Services, subject to the following (as applicable): (i) You will provide due credit to deKoder by linking/hyper-linking Our Content while sharing the same and provide attribution in the form of “accessible/available at deKoder”; (ii) You will provide due credit to the party credited as the provider of the Content on Our Website and/or App, in the same form in which such attribution appears on Our Website and/or App; (iii) You will share the Content for informational and/or educational purposes only.

Additional Restrictions on Use of the Content.

You agree not to rearrange or modify the Content available through a Service. You agree not to display, post, frame, or scrape the Content for use on another website, app, blog, product or service, except as otherwise expressly permitted by these Terms of Use. You agree not to create any derivative work based on or containing the Content. CAMPAIGNS, CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES.

From time to time, We may either individually or, in collaboration with other parties conduct campaigns, contests, promotional activities and other activities on, through or in connection with one or more of the Services, (collectively, “Promotions”, individually referred to as a “Promotion”). In some cases, You may be able to win a prize (“Prize”) as part of a Promotion. Each Promotion may have additional terms and/or rules or eligibility requirements which shall be posted or otherwise made available to You in connection therewith in accordance with applicable laws.

THIRD PARTY WEB SITES, SERVICES AND SOFTWARE.

While using deKoder’s Services and accessing Content made available by deKoder, You may find links that lead You to other websites. Please be aware that such linked websites are not managed or controlled by deKoder. We are not responsible for the content or any missing information on these linked sites.

Your use of any third-party websites, content, data, information, applications, goods, services or materials (collectively, “Third Party Services”) does not constitute an endorsement by, nor does it incur any obligation, responsibility or liability on Our part or of Our affiliates. We do not verify, endorse, or have any responsibility for Third Party Services and any third-party business practices (including, without limitation, their privacy policies), whether the Services or our logo is on the Third-Party Services as part of a co-branding or promotional arrangement or otherwise. Accordingly, We encourage You to be aware when You leave Our Services and read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each Third Party Service You use. Please understand that We are not liable for any damages that may occur when You click these external or third-party links. Your use of the said links is at Your own risk.

FEES AND PAYMENTS.

We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the Services or the Services as a whole. In no event, however, will You be charged for access to the Services, unless We obtain Your prior consent to pay such charges. Thus, if at any time We require a fee for portions of the Services that are presently free, We will give You advance notice of such fees. You may cancel Your subscription at any time. All new fees, if any, will be posted prominently on the Website and the App and in other appropriate locations on the Services. You must pay all fees and charges incurred through Your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. All fees and charges will be billed to and paid for by You. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Services through Your account.

AI GUIDELINES. These AI Guidelines apply to all the Content powered by AI and available on Our Website and/or App (“AI Curations”).

Eligibility and Use Requirements. Your use of the AI-powered features offered by deKoder (including the Opinion Slider) is governed by these Terms of Use (including the AI Guidelines herein). Your use is also subject to deKoder’s Privacy Policy, which describes Our collection, use and disclosure of information relating to Your use of deKoder’s AI-powered features. By accessing Our AI-powered features, You are affirming that You have read these Terms of Use and the AI Guidelines contained herein.

Usage Guidelines. Users accessing AI Curations vide Our Services must adhere to the following guidelines:

Responsible Use. AI Curations should be used responsibly and ethically. Users are prohibited from using AI Curations to create, disseminate, or endorse harmful, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content. You are encouraged to read and absorb AI Curations at Your own risk.

No Harassment or Abuse. Users must refrain from using AI Curations to harass, abuse, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

Compliance with Applicable Laws. Users must ensure that they use AI Curations (including the responses generated through the Opinion Slider) in a lawful manner and in compliance with applicable laws.

Accuracy. While AI Curations can provide useful information, Users should verify the accuracy of information while making decisions and not solely rely on such information. At times, AI Curations may generate harmful or inappropriate responses. Users are solely responsible for exercising their reasonable judgment and discretion vis-à-vis the AI Curations. We assume no responsibility for any consequences arising from use and/or reliance upon AI Curations.

Safety and Monitoring.

Safety. We take User safety seriously and employ safeguards to prevent misuse of AI Curations. Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate AI Curations at [email protected] .

Monitoring. We may monitor Your AI Curations to maintain safety and adherence to Our AI Guidelines. Users consent to such monitoring as part of their use of the Services.

Content Removal. We reserve the right to remove or modify any AI Curations that violate these guidelines or pose a risk to Users or Our Services.

Disclaimer.

No Liability. Without limiting Sections 11, 12 and 13 of these Terms of Use, to clarify, We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of AI Curations. Users utilize the AI Curations made available by deKoder at their own discretion and risk. deKoder does not make any warranty or representation of any kind that AI Curations do not infringe the rights of any third party (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, rights of privacy and publicity, and defamation). You must use AI Curations in accordance with applicable laws and subject to any third-party rights. In addition, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless deKoder, its affiliates, employees and any other agents from and against any claims, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to Your use of the AI Curations and Your breach of these Terms of Use, AI Guidelines, or violation of applicable laws.

Right to Modify. We retain the right to modify or discontinue deKoder’s AI-powered features (including the Opinion Slider) at any time, without prior notice.

Same or Similar Output. Due to the nature of the AI features made available to You, outputs or responses generated as a result thereof may not be unique across users and in some cases, same or similar output for multiple users may be generated.

Access Restriction and User Appeal. Repeated violations of these AI Guidelines may result in a limitation of service, or in severe cases, permanent suspension. If You feel Your use of deKoder’s AI-powered features have been restricted in error, You may ask deKoder to re-evaluate its decision to suspend access. To appeal a decision to restrict access to these experiences, please write to Us at [email protected] outlining what You think We got wrong and why.

Ownership of AI Curations. deKoder does not claim ownership of any AI Curations, or any other content You provide, input, or submit to, or receive from deKoder’s AI-powered features (including feedback and suggestions). However, by making use of the AI Curations, You grant deKoder, its affiliated companies and/or third party partners permission to use the output/responses, and related content in connection with the operation of its businesses (including, without limitation, all deKoder Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and re-format the responses, and other content You provide; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of deKoder’s AI-powered features.

No Payment Obligation of deKoder. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of AI Curations as provided herein.

No Guarantees; No Representations or Warranties; Indemnification by You. Though We continue to develop and improve the AI Curations, We make no guarantees or promises about how the deKoder’s AI-powered features will operate or that they will function as intended. The AI-powered features (including the Opinion Slider) is for educational and informational purposes only; it is not error-free and may generate harmful responses, or may not work as expected and/or may generate incorrect information. You should not rely on the AI Curations and You should not use the said feature for advice of any kind. Your use of the same is at Your own risk.

These AI Guidelines are essential for ensuring responsible and safe use of deKoder’s AI-powered features (including AI Curations). Users are encouraged to engage with deKoder’s AI-powered features in a manner consistent with the abovementioned principles to promote a positive and informative experience. While We encourage the use of Our AI-powered features and AI Curations, We reserve the right to ensure these tools are not abused.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

Our Limited Licence to You. The Content available through deKoder’s Services is either deKoder’s property or the property of the party credited as the provider of the Content and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may avail the Services and Content made available through the Services, for Your personal, non-commercial use only, provided You keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Services. You may not download, republish, retransmit or reproduce any of the Content (including any video or still photographs), save and except with the prior written consent of the owner and in accordance with these Terms of Use. However, You are free to encourage others to access the information themselves through Our Services and to tell them how to find it.

Your Licence to Us. deKoder’s Services, including Our AI-powered features, may allow You to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit User Content in accordance with deKoder Policies. By submitting User Content to Us, You are representing that You are the owner of the User Content, or are making Your submission with the express consent of the owner. By submitting User Content to any public posting areas available through deKoder’s Services, such as any message boards, classifieds, forums, or community publishing areas, You agree that We, including Our partners, agents, affiliates and service providers, may reproduce, modify, and distribute such User Content as We see fit in any medium and for any purpose.

You agree that upon uploading, posting or submitting information on the Services, You grant deKoder, and Our respective affiliates and successors a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, sell, offer to sell, translate, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works in all forms and in all media or technology, now known or later developed, in any manner, in whole or part, with or without attribution, without any duty to compensate You.

Further, You waive all moral rights You may have in any User Content. You agree that We may modify or alter your User Content without seeking further permission from You. You also grant Us the right to authorize the use of User Content, or any portion thereof, by other users in accordance with these Terms of Use, including the rights to feature Your User Content specifically on the Services and to allow other deKoder users to request access to Your User Content. You agree that You are financially responsible for any claim against Us arising from any User Content You create.

You also agree that We may identify You as the author of any of User Content by name, email address or screen name as We see appropriate. We also reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any User Content that comes to Our attention that We consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons.

You will solely be responsible for Your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In furtherance of the foregoing, You agree that You will not: (i) submit User Content that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless You are the owner of such rights or have permission from the rightful owner to post the User Content and to grant Us all of the rights granted herein; (ii) publish false information or make misrepresentations via the User Content that could damage Us or any third party; (iii) submit User Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically or religiously offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; and/or (iv) post advertisements or solicitations of business. We reserve the right to remove or not publish User Content (including any submissions made by You) without prior notice. You understand that when You submit User Content in any form to Us, We may authorize such User Content to be distributed or syndicated to or published on other deKoder-branded environments.

Trademarks. The deKoder trademarks, service marks, product and service names, and other corporate indicia (the “deKoder Marks”) are Our property. You agree not to display or use in any manner any of deKoder Marks without Our prior written permission.

Links. You may establish a hypertext link to deKoder’s Services so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of or affiliation with You or Your site by Us.

No Framing. You may not, without Our prior written permission, frame any of the Content made available through Our Services, or incorporate into another website or other service any material, content or intellectual property belonging to Us, Our parent or affiliate companies, or any of their licensors or the party credited as the source of the Content.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DEKODER’S SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE, OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES AND/OR CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH DEKODER, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT AND/ OR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (I) DEKODER’S SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (III) THE QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR (IV) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT MAY RESULT.

INDEMNITY AND RELEASE.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold Us and/or Our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies, agents, representatives, directors REPEATED, and subcontractors each, harmless from any and all claims or demand including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your misuse of deKoder’s Services (including the Content made available by deKoder), Your User Content, Your violation of these Terms of Use or Your violation of any rights of another.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, OR (B) ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.

DELAYS IN SERVICES.

deKoder (including its directors, employees, group companies, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, temporary outages or interruptions, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part of the Content or for any resulting damages, due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. deKoder shall have no responsibility to provide You access to its Services and/or the Content while the said interruption continues.

CONFLICTING TERMS.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any other documents, regardless of whether such documents precede or follow these Terms of Use, or whether they are executed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative, or agent of deKoder, these Terms of Use shall take precedence and govern.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding Your use of the Services (including Content offered through the Services) and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral or written agreements regarding Your use of the Services, and no other agreement, whether written or oral, exists between You and deKoder.

TERMINATION.

You agree that, in Our sole discretion, We may terminate Your deKoder account (or any part thereof), membership on Our survey panel, or use of deKoder’s Services (in whole or in part), and remove and discard any User Content for any reason, including, without limitation, due to discontinuance of a Service or for lack of use or if We believe that You have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. You agree that We shall not be liable to You or any third-party for any termination of Your account (or any part thereof) or use of deKoder’s Services, or any removal of any User Content.

Termination or cancellation of these Terms of Use shall not affect any rights or remedies to which deKoder may be entitled, either at law or in equity. Upon termination of these Terms of Use, all rights granted to You under these Terms of Use will cease and revert to deKoder.

NO WAIVER.

Our failure to insist upon or enforce any right or provision within these Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right or provision of deKoder.

SURVIVAL.

In the event that any clause or provision under these Terms of Use is declared invalid, it shall be considered separable, and such invalidity shall not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses under these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use can only be modified through a written agreement signed by deKoder.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES.

Applicable Law. These Terms of Use have been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions of any other jurisdictions, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Unauthorized Use: The use of deKoder’s Services is prohibited in any jurisdiction that does not fully enforce all provisions of these Terms of Use, including this specific paragraph.

Application to All Services: It is important to note that the Terms Of Use stated above are applicable to all Services offered by deKoder, including mobile applications for Android, Windows, and iOS.
